WHY R.A.P. (Resource Assistance Program)?

Our team is well-educated and well-connected to resources available to the elderly. We do this everyday, you don’t. Often, most people do not even know what resources are available within the community. Whether it be financial, housing, food, medical care, care coordination… we can help.

Having a nurse or social worker available to ask questions or receive guidance can be pivotal in one’s care. Support can truly help to maintain sanity, especially in today’s fast-paced world.

Most importantly, R.A.P. is free.

This service does not cost you any money nor do we bill your insurance.

We provide this as a complimentary service to give back to our community.
